all job ad responses. Each resume will be rated and a ratings report will be provided for up to 10 top candidates.
- Candidate Screening Services - Going beyond
resume filtering, MyAlphaJobs™ can
also screen candidates for our clients. MyAlphaJobs will contact the top candidates (up to 10) as approved by the client for a preliminary phone interview. MyAlphaJobs will ask the candidate some standard questions and questions specified by the client. Candidates answers to questions will be rated and a ratings report will be provided to the client.
