ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN 1 ($40k+)
(Laboratory Support)

Perform calibrations in the optical, dimensional, and force parameters; perform Interface Assessment inspection of gages; perform machining of gages in the Measurement Science Technology Laboratory. Conduct electrical and RF testing, non-destructive testing, metallurgy, failure analysis, environmental and materials testing, chemical testing and analysis (certified as a hazardous waste test lab by California ELAP), and ordnance/explosives testing, provide computer information and statistical analysis services.
